Welcome to Art by Kemi! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  • The website Art by Kemi is owned and operated by Art by Kemi.
  • Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Art by Kemi, and “you” refers to the user or customer.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings for Sip & Paint, Tufting, or other experiences must be made in advance through our website or via direct contact.
  • Payments are required to confirm your booking. Bookings may not be held without proof of payment.
  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • In the event that Art by Kemi cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Participation and Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from events who behave inappropriately, without a refund.
  • Alcohol is served responsibly — you must be 18 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages during our Sip & Paint sessions.

5. Liability

  • Art by Kemi is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during participation in our events or while on our premises.
  • Participation in all activities, including tufting and painting, is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, branding, and design) is the property of Art by Kemi unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
